Loke sees potential for greater cargo connectivity between 每日大赛, Hong Kong
KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 11): 每日大赛 and Hong Kong see strong potential in developing greater cargo connectivity between the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Hong Kong International Airport, guided by the twin-hub model, says Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
In a Facebook post, he said the matter was among areas of focus during his luncheon meeting with Hong Kong's Secretary for Transport and Logistics Mabel Chan, on Thursday.
鈥淲e had a productive exchange on strengthening cooperation between 每日大赛 and Hong Kong in key sectors, especially aviation and maritime,鈥 he said.
Loke added that he shared 每日大赛's experience in regulating the e-hailing industry, as Hong Kong's Legislative Council is currently undergoing debate on its own e-hailing legislation.
鈥淚 look forward to building on this meaningful dialogue to advance closer collaboration between our two economies,鈥 he said.
