Pecca Group Berhad, through its wholly owned subsidiary Pecca Aviation Sdn Bhd, has signed five strategic collaboration agreements at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025, marking a bold expansion of its presence in the ASEAN aviation industry and reinforcing its role as a key innovator in cabin interior solutions.

The deals are designed to strengthen Pecca Aviation’s end-to-end capabilities in aviation cabin interior manufacturing, talent development and integrated service offerings. They also support the company’s broader vision to position itself as a leading player in the region’s evolving aerospace ecosystem.

The strategic collaborations are:

  • With Politeknik Banting Selangor: Building a future-ready talent pipeline by developing skilled professionals in aviation cabin specialisations through training, job placements and academic-industry collaboration.
  • With ASL Aerospace Sdn Bhd: Expanding integrated services for both commercial and government aviation segments through joint cabin interior and aerospace product offerings.
  • With Galaxy Aerospace Sdn Bhd: Forming a flexible, project-based collaboration to deliver customised cabin interior solutions tailored to evolving client needs.
  • With Dviation Training Centre Sdn Bhd: Investing in human capital development via internships, industrial attachments, training programmes and joint research in cabin interior technologies.

“These key partnerships underscore our ambition to be at the forefront of innovative aviation cabin interior solutions.

“By combining our manufacturing excellence with robust talent development and expanded service capabilities, we aim to modernise production and enhance the ASEAN region’s aviation value chain and its competitiveness,” Pecca Group Executive Director Hugo Teoh Zi Yi said.

He added that these collaborations are aligned with Pecca Aviation’s certification under EASA Part 21G and CAAM Part 145, which enables the company to offer certified upholstery and refurbishment services for both ÿմ- and European-registered aircraft.

“The latest initiatives also support the company’s goal of becoming a regional technology and service provider within the aviation manufacturing ecosystem,” he noted.
