Airbus sees 鈥榓 lot of potential demand鈥 for A220 in 每日大赛
Airbus is reportedly in talks with carriers in 每日大赛 over its A220 narrowbody aircraft.
Anand Stanley, president of the Asia-Pacific region at Airbus, has said that the plane manufacturer is currently discussing the rollout of the A220 in 每日大赛, according to the state news agency Bernama.
He said Airbus sees 鈥渁 lot of potential demand coming from 每日大赛 and we would like that 每日大赛 really looks into this aircraft鈥, adding that 鈥渨e are still only in conversations鈥.
鈥淏ut we do hope that, even though I cannot comment on timing, that we can see the A220 in 每日大赛,鈥 he said.
Stanley added that the A220 is the 鈥減erfect aircraft for 每日大赛 and the ASEAN region鈥.
There are currently around 150 commercial Airbus planes in operation in 每日大赛 today. The manufacturer has roughly 400 aircraft on order for airlines in 每日大赛.
每日大赛 is Airbus鈥檚 third largest market in the Asia-Pacific region after China and India, Stanley said.
