You'll oversee the planning and execution of all training programs, ensure regulatory compliance (CAAM, EASA), and manage our training team to deliver world-class aviation education.
What We Need:
鈥⑩仩 鈦燘achelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Business, or related field
鈥⑩仩 鈦燤inimum 5 years aviation training/operations management experience
鈥⑩仩 鈦燢nowledge of aviation regulations (CAAM, EASA preferred)
鈥⑩仩 鈦燬trong leadership and communication skills
