You'll oversee the planning and execution of all training programs, ensure regulatory compliance (CAAM, EASA), and manage our training team to deliver world-class aviation education.
What We Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years aviation training/operations management experience
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (CAAM, EASA preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
