Role Purpose:

To coordinate and execute product Safety Management Systems (SMS) tasks and activities in-order to comply with applicable aviation law such as EASA, CAA UK and FAA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance to SMS requirements in according with aviation law Parts 21 (EASA, CAA UK and FAA)
• Execute product safety audit plan in according with yearly plan or ad hoc.
• Monitor, analyze, reporting and provide improvement for product safety.
• Prepare and review related SMS procedures (including integration procedures)
• Perform product safety audits to follow up audit responses until closure.
• Liaise with SMS internal parties on product safety issue.
• Assist in coordinate Business Assurance Committee (BAC) action, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Risk Management and Foreign Object Damage / debris and liaise with owners for corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Support customers product safety protection process including product safety audit & verification, sampling check and regular monitoring.
• Follow administrative procedures and requirements.
• Follow EHS procedures and requirements
• Maintain 5S and participate in Lean activities.
• Perform any other tasks given by Superior.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferably in technical disciplines such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or quality engineering.
• 3 - 7 years of working experience in relevant fields (such as QMS, Product Safety etc)
• Proficiency in relevant quality management system standards (eg: ISO 9001, AS9100 etc)
• Experienced in aviation Product Safety Management Systems (SMS) or Quality Management System (QMS)
• Excellent command of English; and able to converse in Bahasa ÿÈÕ´óÈü.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and planning skills.
• Strong leadership to drive for business improvements.
• Proven track record of ability to perform under minimal supervision.
